15 Feb 2010 — SIU team were invited to MOU signing ceremony between Strategic Studies Center, National Defence Studies Institute and Asia Studies Institute, Chulalongkorn University.

The Memorandum of understanding is about academic partnership between two organizations, mainly on regional security in Asia. The MOU was signed by Director of Strategic Studies Center, Director of Asia Studies Institute. The event was also attended by President of Chulalongkorn University and Director of National Defence Studies Institute, Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters.
